Speakers (also Exhibitors) Portal Login
Use the instructions below to log into the Speakers Portal and to enter the virtual rooms for sessions where you are speaking or staffing an exhibitor stand.
Step 1
Click the Join Portal button in the email with the subject line “Writers’ Weekend 2021 Speakers Portal Invite“.
Step 2
If you are not prompted to choose a new password, this means that you have previously used this portal platform with an email address set up for a previous event. If this is the case for you, skip to step 4.
Step 3
Enter your profile details. If you are not part of a company, repeat your title in both the Company and Job Title entries (e.g. Author). Skip to step 5 for the next instruction.
Step 4
This is the prompt if you’ve previously used the portal. Note the link to reset your password if needed.
Step 5
Once logged into the portal, scroll down to see the sessions you are assigned and select the corresponding ENTER VIRTUAL ROOM button.

The above instructions give you backstage access to be a presenter. Speakers will also have access to attend the full programme and will receive a joining instructions link during the week of 21st June before start of the event.
