
Sharon Gosling
Sharon started off as an entertainment journalist, writing tie-in 'making-of' books for films and TV shows such as Tomb Raider, Wonder Woman, Men in Black and Penny Dreadful. In 2011, she wrote a middle-grade children's adventure The Diamond Thief. Originally published as an ebook, it was published in traditional format by Curious Fox as their launch title in 2013, and went on to win the Redbridge Children’s Award in 2014. It was followed by two sequels, The Ruby Airship and The Sapphire Cutlass. Her debut young adult novel, FIR, was published by Stripes on their Red Eye Horror imprint in 2017. Since then, she has also written two middle grade adventures for Stripes/Little Tiger: The Golden Butterfly, published in 2019, and The House of Hidden Wonders, published in 2020. Little Tiger will publish another of her middle grade adventures in 2022.
In 2020 Sharon signed a two-book deal with Simon & Schuster UK. Her debut adult title, The House Beneath the Cliffs, is due for publication in Spring 2021.
